How Huggg works

We make it really easy for organisations of all sizes to send vouchers to individuals or at scale. Here's how:

Choose from a wide range of retail, fuel and cash vouchers or select from appliances or warm goods collections.

Select Value
For vouchers, select the value of the voucher from £1 to £1000. For goods, values include delivery and VAT.

Personalise
Write a custom message then choose your sending method from email, text or printed letter.

Checkout
Check the details, save to draft or proceed. Funds are instantly deducted from your Huggg wallet.

Share
Links are sent instantly and recipients can redeem vouchers right away from the retail choice you gave them.
Only pay for vouchers that are redeemed
Any vouchers that are not claimed are refunded to your wallet as soon as they expire.
No licence fee
We are able to make a small margin from retailers, which means that we don’t have to charge a licence fee, or any charges for any vouchers, except for cash or energy.

How much does it cost?

Huggg is completely free to use and it's free to send all vouchers and goods except for cash and energy vouchers, which have a per voucher fee.

How do I set up an account?

Email disbursements@huggg.me or click here to let us know you'd like a Huggg account. We'll be in touch to find out a bit more about you, then send your sign up link as soon as you're ready to begin using Huggg.

How long does it take to get started?

You can set up an account in minutes, top up using a credit card and start sending vouchers. If you need to transfer money via BACS first it can take 1-3 day for us to receive funds to your Huggg wallet.

What can I send on Huggg?

You can send the following vouchers on Huggg: supermarkets, clothing, home essentials & furniture, school uniform, fuel payments & cash. You can also send these items direct to home: white goods and small appliances, furniture, heaters winter warm packs and insulation products.
